After being diagnosed in 2018 with a rare neurological disorder (MdDS) my world was turned upside down. Everything I knew to be my “normal” didn’t exist anymore… my career, my health, my fitness, my joy, my purpose. With no cure and no medication to take the edge off of my new daily realities I had to find a better way back to me.
In my journey back to wellness I now know that incorporating ALL components of health is the only way.
